En febrero de 2020, Juan Carlos Marín «Carlitos» y Francisco Javier Gómez de la Serna «Frank«, a raíz de su salida de Mägo de Oz, grupo al que han pertenecido durante más de 25 años, deciden crear una banda propia en la que poder seguir disfrutando de su forma de crear, sentir, e interpretar la música. Así nace RUNA LLENA.
