SCALPHUNTER formed in mid 2009, sharing a lust for hard, fast, ear shattering rock and roll, they spent that year furiously writing and rehearsing, playing their first show at the second instalment of the infamous Perth Bloodstock gigs. Speedrock meets hardcore with a decent helping of punk rock best describes their sound, the band is influenced by acts like Zeke, The Bronx, Turbonegro, The Ghost of a Thousand, Peter Pan Speedrock and New Bomb Turks.
