Scott "Rock Action" Asheton (b. August 16, 1949 in Ann Arbor, Michigan) is drummer for the garage rock/proto-punk/psychedelic rock/Detroit rock band The Stooges, along with his older brother Ron Asheton, Iggy Pop and (originally) Dave Alexander. He has appeared on all the band's releases. Scott also played with artists as Sonic's Rendezvous Band, Iggy Pop, Sonny Vincent, Destroy All Monsters and Dark Carnival.
