Selami Şahin Concert History

Selami Şahin is a Turkish singer, composer, and songwriter born on August 15, 1948, in Hatay, Turkey. Coming from an Arab-Turkish family, he began developing his musical abilities at an early age, eventually moving to Istanbul as a young man to pursue a professional music career. His talent as both a performer and a composer quickly attracted attention, and by the late 1960s he had begun releasing recordings that established him as a rising figure in Turkey’s music scene.
