Shady Lady was an original rock band that was formed in 1969 in NYC. The band relocated to Los Angeles in 1970 and were known as LA's first underground band. Shady Lady were often billed as the "The Most Beautiful Rock 'N Roll Band In The World". They had a huge following in Southern California and were considered L.A.'s number one band during the early '70s. They were later tagged as the America's first glam band by many in the music industry and media.
