La banda se formó en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires en 1994 como una banda de amigos de colegio secundario, durante aquellos primeros años se editaron dos cassettes "Sólo un día más" y "Shaila" en 1996 y 1998 respectivamente, las presentaciones de banda no abundaban en esa época pero eran cada vez más la presencia de Shaila en los recitales del under porteño.
