Shark Infested Daughters was a metalcore band from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, active from 2010 until 2018. The six-piece lineup consisted of lead vocalist Chris Thoresen, guitarists and vocalists Dan McCormick and Oliver Carter-Wells, bassist Tyler Beninger, drummer Yannick Mathieu, and Erika Leah on synthesizers and vocals. Known for their experimental approach within the heavy music scene, the band developed a distinctive sound that incorporated metalcore with melodic and synth-based elements.
