Sleeping Under 47 formed in 2001 when friends Zak Beckman (Vocals/Guitars) and Chet Kukuk (Drums/Vocals) were stuck in Kansas City MO. When they returned to their home of Hinckley-Bigrock IL they quickly enlisted friend Patrick Hellman (Bass/Vocals).
