Sleepy People are a British psychedelic rock band from Newcastle-upon-Tyne prevalent in the 1990s with their dynamic and eccentric live shows, they have recently reformed (2020). They went through several line-up changes during their 1990s incarnation, ultimately spinning off to form Blue Apple Boy (led by Paul Hope) and Ultrasound (comprising former members Andrew "Tiny" Wood and Richard Green).
