Violinist, singer and composer Sophie Serafino was born in London to pianist Margaret Hair and architect Dr. Peter Armstrong. Serafino has played violin from the age of 3. Sophie is also the niece of composer Graham Hair, and currently lives in Australia. Her musical style is self-described as a 'fusion of exotic rhythms and melodies' and many of the audio samples on her site are a world music/pop/classical crossover style.
