Sparta Locals's 2002 Concert History

SPARTA LOCALS (スパルタローカルズ) is a japanese rock band from the town of Fukuoka and formed in 1998. The band members consisted of Abe Kousei (vocals, guitar), Itou Shinichi (guitar), Abe Mitsuhiro (bass), and Kajiyama Tsuyoshi (drums). Former member Nakayama Akihito (drums) left on September 2006, a few days before スパルタローカルズ (5th album) release. Stylistically, they combine post-punk and new wave influences such as Television, The Police, and Gang of Four, with an angular indie rock sound.
