Speak & The Spells are a trio of eighteen year-olds Joe, Benjamin and Alex. Based in West London, they met in high school and share a mutual love of obscure music. Bored with what had become a tired and generic music scene, and sick of the trendy clubs of the east end , they took it into their own hands and created Ricky Ticks: A club night stripped down to simplicity, to how it should be. Based in a cellar just off Oxford Street, they play their favourite records and invite their friends to do the same.
