Spinning Ginny Concert History

Lubbock, Texas foursome Spinning Ginny plays a variant on the folky alternative rock style popularized by groups like R.E.M. and 10,000 Maniacs. Vocalist/lyricist/guitarist Stephanie Gould heads an instrumental section featuring guitarist Loay Hadidi, bassist John Bilyeu, and drummer John Wilkens. Signed to the Last Beat label, the band's debut album, Adam, appeared in 1994; it was followed in late 1996 by Small.
