The Nashville, Tennessee native is influenced by diverse swaths of musical greats such as bluesmen Robert Johnson and Howling wolf, Rockers John Cale and Jimi Hendrix, folk singers Carole King and Bob Dylan and Hip Hop aritsts A Tribe Called Quest, Triple Six Mafia and Common Sense.
