St. Vincent (born Anne Erin Clark, September 28, 1982, in Tulsa, Oklahoma), is a 41 year-old singer-songwriter and record producer. In 2003, she released her debut EP "Ratsliveonnoevilstar" using the name "Annie Clark." Over the next few years, she performed with several groups including The Polyphonic Spree, Sufjan Stevens's touring band, and Glen Branca's orchestra. By 2006, she had begun using the pseudonym "St. Vincent" and commenced work on her debut studio album "Marry Me," which she released the following year. Her sophomore album "Actor" (2009) was her first to land on the Billboard 200 chart while her third album "Strange Mercy" (2011) was the first to peak in the top 10. She's then released "Live This Giant" (with David Byrne) (2012), "St. Vincent" (2014), "Masseduction" (2017), and "Daddy's Home" (2021).
