STARGASM was started by Schmerz Meister in September 2006 in an attempt to create a combination of techno/dance beats, pop melodies, and heavy guitar riffs. After the first recordings were made, it became quite clear that a unique style of music was born. When Schmerz Meister posted the tracks on a newly launched MySpace page, he received many requests to add vocals.
