This 1970's SF based ten-piece band released three albums in 1971-1972 and toured extensively in Europe. Like most SF based bands of the day, Stoneground combined studio musicianship and excellent live performances, as demonstrated on the Last Days of the Fillmore Album (1972). The band split in 1973 with some members forming Pablo Cruise.
