Stoopi's origins date back as far as 1995, when Kris Perrin (drums) Ben Deeks (guitars) and Andy Taylor (guitars) started out to form an original, uncompromising metal act in Southend-on-sea, Essex. Known as various names and line-ups in the early days the band opted for the name "Fugdifino"?! around 1997.
