Tarli Concert History

Tarli, formally known as EL.i.BE, has been creating waves in the Twin Cities hip-hop scene for over a decade. As a homage to his native country Liberia, his middle name “Tarli”, originates from his mother’s tribe meaning: “successful journey”.
