Textbook was formed in 1998 by singer & songwriter Dave Lysien and has included members of other Chicago bands such as Woolworthy, Noise By Numbers, Loud Lucy, The Bomb, Oblivion, Venom Lords, Monster Trux, and Lysien's previous band, Not Rebecca.
