The Acre Concert History

College for Nick Murphy was suppose to be about learning how to teach High Schoolers; instead, he picked up a guitar and learned how to write. Performing at open mics and putting on shows in his dorm room, Nick tried to find his own style. Though his voice was growing, he sought refuge in the beautiful voice of Courtney Cavanaugh to help guide the songs into a new and stunning direction. After half a year or so under the moniker "The Acre," the two called upon Sebastian Hutchinson to fill out the sound with cello and bass.
