The Bellfuries are a root-rock Americana band out of Austin, Texas. The rotating members are lead by the singer-songwriter, Joey Simeone. Simeone has a wealth of influences from The Smiths and The Misfits to Dave Rich and Webb Piece. His insightful and often humorous lyrics only rival the brillancy of the music. Currently, The Bellfuries are reinventing themselves again as a quartet, bringing in Bobby Trimble of Big Sandy and the Fly-Rite Boys, Shecky Seaver and Mike Molnar.
