The Black Tokens are a five-piece Alternative Rock 'n' Roll band hailing from Belfast who were formed in 2005 by Paddy Steele (Guitar), Stuart Murphy (Bass), Michael Kent (Drums), Stephen Hill (Guitar) and Niall Graham (Vocals). Drawing on a wide range of influences the band quickly developed a distinctive and instantly recognisable sound all of their own which has been described as "ballsy attitude-laden Rock n' Roll with a kick."
