The Buckets were a band that started in Boston and then came to San Francisco in the early nineties. Early members met at the University of New Hampshire and some were members of the band Ed's Redeeming Qualities. They played alt-country style music. They released one cd in 1996 on Slow River Records. They recently released a cd, recorded in 2002, even though it is 2008. They have another cd coming out that was recorded in 1998, even though it is currently 2008.
