Formed from the pieces of former local bands in Pittsburgh, The Cascade Atlantic is five close friends who decided to make a sound that is unlike those of the current pop-rock genre. With a slightly experimental structure to their songs, they combine dancy guitar parts with a catchy melody, all while maintaining a song that can be easily sang along with.
