The Cherry Bluestorms's 2009 Concert History

Ex-Dickies guitarist Glen Laughlin and solo artist Deborah Gee formed this late '60's British Pop-influenced band in Los Angeles. Since releasing their well-received and reviewed debut, "Transit of Venus", they have been compared to The Stone Roses, The Pretenders and a cross between The Darkness and Abba! The band has played the dates on the East Coast and Canada as well as the Cavern Club in Liverpool. The Bluestorms' second album, "Bad Penny Opera" is a song cycle and love letter to the band's influences, due out later this year. ...
