Rough & tumble So Cal skate board legend and punk rock vet Duane Peters's latest attitude filled musical incarnation began in 2004 when he rejoined forces with ol' pal Gabby “Goatman” Schiavone, The Duane Peters Gunfight is back for 2009 with their newest recordings featuring members of Flogging Molly and T.S.O.L joining them on the album Checkmate. Their feisty new material picks up in the same snot nosed Adolescents meet Johnny Thunders mode ala old rocket fueled Peter's bands like the US Bombs and Die Hunns left off.
