The Hinges formed on October 21, 2006 in Charlotte NC. The band comprises Matt Susong (vocals, guitar), Chris Norkus (drums), Joel Turner (lead guitar), Alex Warner (keyboard/synth, guitar, backing vocals), and Matt Perry (bass, backing vocals).
