The Library Is on Fire Concert History

The Library is on Fire is the brainchild of musician Steve Five. Influenced by Dinosaur Jr. and Guided by Voices, the band began as a project in 2007. Five, originally from New York, went to the famous Waterloo Studios in Ohio to record with Guided by Voices producer Todd Tobias. The resulting album, 2008's Cassette, was made without the help of a real backing band. A full band was assembled for live shows, including Mark Shue on bass and Peter Sustarsic on drums.
