The Low Budgets are a punk rock band from Philadelphia. Their music is driven by the keyboards, a throwback to the days of early punk (i.e. early Blondie) and a unique aspect in modern punk. They sing mostly about living in a low-budget and low-income lifestyle, mostly with satirical or humorous lyrics.
