The New Republic Concert History

The New Republic, later known as 'The Rising' (2003-2007) was a alternative-metal band formed in Moorestown, NJ. The project was the brain child of lead guitarist Rob Kimmel and former rhythm guitarist Brett Richardson. The duo began writing in 2003 and soon brought on drummer Oren Eisenberg to complete their fundamental sound. Though all high schoolers, the trio played largely instrumental pieces featuring challenging rhythmic selections and melodic chord progressions backed by complex drumming.
