The Pits Concert History

Australians the Pits were a part of the Brisbane post-punk landscape from 1978 to 1983, releasing a bunch of cassette albums with floating line-ups lead by the charismatic Peter Macpherson. Macpherson put together a line-up of the band in 2003, again with a revolving door line-up featuring members from the mark I era and members of local garage groups before fizzing out in late 2007. Numerous live bootlegs exist, though none of the mark II line-ups ever recorded.
