Their varied influences include Elvis Costello, Big Star, Elliott Smith, Squeeze, The Strokes and others. Another Sound, the latest album by The Pretty Faces, draws water from those wells, and quenches a thirst for authentic new wave with liquid lyrics that tumble magnificently over rugged rock.
