The Procedure formed in central New Jersey in 2001 as a group of five friends wanting to express themselves musically, socially, and intellectually in the local hardcore scene. With a wide diversity of tastes (ranging from indie to black metal and everywhere in between) The Procedure have created a unique musical amalgam.
