THE R4 PROJECT was put together in the summer of 2008. In early June of that year, experienced x-local musicians began talking about starting up a new musical project. Only this time they wanted to do something completely different than what they were a part in their previous projects. This project was created to be more than just music, and much more LIFE-INFLUENTIAL.
