Formed out of the boredom of a sleepy suburb of Boston, The Short Summers started back in 2004. Taking their name from the only times they could practice together, Kevin Junker (Bass/Vocals), Gregg Kelly (Drums), Steve Rand (Guitar/Vocals) and Dan Tran (Guitar) worked off and on through college breaks. After graduating in 2009, the band began work on self-recorded demos, will be released throughout 2010.
