The Small Faces/Faces's 1972 Concert History

The Small Faces formed in 1965 but broke up in 1969 when lead singer and guitarist Steve Mariott left the band. After his departure, the remaining members of the band (Ian McLagan, Ronnie Lane, and Kenny Jones) continued on as a new band called "Faces" with Rod Stewart and Ronnie Wood joining. While both bands are technically distinct, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inducted both simultaneously in 2012 as "The Small Faces/Faces."
