The Snakehandlers are a band from Los Angeles, made up of guys from all over. The core of the band met in the house band from the famed LA club, Sweethearts Of The Rodeo. And bonded over a love of twisting classic country songs to their limits. They have played Country, Rock-A-Billy, Blues and Rock and every permutation there is of American music and decided to distill that into one band to carry the flag of “Cosmic American Music” as envisioned by The Flying Burrito Brothers and Gram Parsons.
