The Thanes are a long-running Edinburgh-based garage rock and 60s beat band active for over 36 years. Led by Lenny Helsing, they have released multiple albums and singles, blending garage, punk, and psychedelic rock. They are known for live performances and, at times, collaborating with artists from the 60s Scottish beat scene.
