The Weakend were a pop-punk band hailing from Sterling Heights, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit. They were signed to Ohio based label, Silent Movie Records. They have shared the stage with many reputable bands, including Motion City Soundtrack, Fall Out Boy, The Academy Is..., Cartel, Chiodos, Mxpx, The Fall of Troy and many more. The band was formed in 2003 and over the years had a good local following and played many shows with other local Michigan and Ohio bands.
