This Is Me is the solo project formed by former My Hidden Track frontman Derrick Chandler Lehr. It combines meaningful, heartfelt lyrics with the raw and unique singing voice of Lehr that previous fans throughout the midwest have come to love. This Is Me was formed and is currently based in Indianapolis, IN.
