Troy von Balthazar is the lead singer & guitar player of the Los Angeles based band Chokebore. Olympic Disk released his debut solo album in early 2006, and it finds him expanding on the slow, sad landscapes of Chokebore's later works and further justifies his large following in Europe, in particular in France.
