Tunnels to Holland (TtH) sparked their initial connection late summer 2003 on a Central Jersey jug handle when singer Dan Blumig spotted drummer Anthony Mascolo drilling rudiments on the dash of bassist Brian Flaherty’s Honda. Blumig, who was on the prowl for musicians with which to work, quickly decided to flag down the car. What seemed like a chance encounter turned out to be kismet as Mascolo & Flaherty along with Mascolo’s brother Vincent (guitar) were seeking a singer.
