Turning Golem is the bastard child of the constellations known as Vulture Industries and Happy Gorilla Dance Company. It is part concert rooted in the heavier segment of experimental/progressive metal and part theater performance. Turning Golem is about the relative subject of “truth”. It is about our need to define ourselves and our world by ways of constructed infallible systems of truths; about our need to believe in order to justify our own existence; about our urge for meaning and the anguish of the void.
