Twangtown Paramours's 2011 Concert History

The Twangtown Paramours are an Americana/Alt Country duo from Nashville. Their music is often called "Sophisticated Americana", and is a hybrid of Nashville and Austin. While their music contains elements of Nashville country, many of their lyrics are influenced by poetic Texas writers such as Townes Van Zandt and Jimmie Dale Gilmore. The duo consists of Mike T. Lewis, who sometimes plays upright bass for Jimmie Dale Gilmore, and MaryBeth Zamer, who sang background vocals for Eva Cassidy. Their first album was released on April 25, 2010.
