Verdant Boyfriend is the solo experimental electronic and shoegaze project of Bailey Cyrus, based in Knoxville, TN. « Feel My Skin », the artist’s debut single, comes from her freshman album, « Engine Satellite Radio », which released January 7th 2023. Bailey, a bassist, guitarist, vocalist, and producer, is inspired by artists like My Bloody Valentine, The Beatles, Duster, Cocteau Twins, Ween, and Sonic Youth. She is also influenced by other genres, having dabbled in ambient, post punk, vaporwave, and others .
