V.I.O. or Victory is Ours is an alias for Adam Gonzales of The Obliterates and is an experimental alt-industrial project that hails from the small Texas town of BeEville. The project was formed in 2001 when his previous bands were taking a break. That same break also spawned the creation of the horror-shock rock group THE BLOODIES. V.I.O.'s 1st album "are you ok....citizen?" was released under "Distor-ted Records". The 2nd full length was entitled "the Evershrinking window of Oppurtunity" and was released under FTM RECORDS.
