VOICEsVOICEs is a two piece from Los Angeles, comprised of Jenean Farris and Nico Turner. Their live shows are unlike anything I've never seen. Part performance, part sexual experience, and all drums and guitar, VOICEsVOICEs is one of my most beloved Echo Park discoveries. Their shows are an experience of live recording and sampling, a long foreplay session that you're not too sure you're supposed to be witnessing, building up layers and layers of abstract sounds...
