Volkov Trio Concert History

The Volkov Trio are from St.Petersburg, Russia, and formed in 1995. They are often considered a jazz band, but their music deviates very far from jazz standards and could equally be considered avant garde. They have also fused elements of ethnic music, particular in their work with Russian folklorist and musician Sergei Starostin.
