Wagtale was a five-piece punk rock band from Utrecht, The Netherlands, formed in 2001. The music can be described as a thick, fast-paced, high-octane, intense yet highly melodic brand of punk rock. Wagtale’s recipe for quality songs starts with steady, hard-hitting drum beats laid down by Stuck In A Day label-owner Bram de Wijs. The beat is underlined by FT de Lange on bass and complimented with the shredding sounds of Nils van Dijk and Vincent de Goede who add well thought-out riffs and guitar lines to the mix.
